How do you ensure that my private information is kept confidential and secure?

How do you calculate shipping?

We charge a flat fee of $5 per order, plus an additional fee for each item. Smaller items, such as postcards, stickers, buttons, etc. will incur an extremely small additional shipping charge. Larger items, such as a flat of Neo Kaiju, will cost an additional $7.00. Currently, we are updating our shipping process, so the actual shipping cost may not be reflected on your initial order invoice; in the vast majority of cases, your shipping cost will be less than what is quoted.

What about international orders?

For orders outside of the US, just proceed with the order (just disregard the shipping charge). We will contact you via e-mail (be sure to input the correct e-mail address!) with a shipping quote for approval.

I'm having trouble using the search function. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you select a category from the pulldown menu. Next after typing in your search, be sure to click the "GO" button instead of hitting enter.

How accurate are the colors on your site?

We try to describe and photograph the products as best as we can, but please be aware that exact color matching on garments and artwork is not possible. If you have any concerns with an items color, please email us or call for more information.

Where's my order ?

Please allow 2 days for us to process your order and another 3-5 days for the order to get to you via Priority Mail. If you need the order quicker, we can of course ship over night or 2 day UPS or Fed Ex...costs quoted per order. If you have not received your order, please send us an email or call us...we'll be glad to track your order down.

How come the products listed on your site but you say it's sold out?

We are constantly updating our web site and sometimes an item is not deleted from the web site in time.. we apologize for this and will try to fill your order as best as we can.

I can't login to my account page

If you are using Internet Explorer, this is a problem with your browser's default settings. To change the settings so this will work, do the following: 1) In your brower's menu, select Tools > Internet Options ... 2) Click on the Privacy tab, then click the Sites button. 3) Enter "prohosting.com" in the site field and click the Allow button. Internet Explorer will now accept cookies from the Super7 website. If you'd like to avoid such issues in the future, we recommend making Firefox your default brower. You can download Firefox for free at www.mozilla.org. If you continue to have techical issues in this area, please contact us.
